ENTRY-LEVEL TECHNICIAN INSTRUCTOR

Casey Chestnut is a native of Wisconsin who moved to Georgia to be near family. He became interested in cars as a teenager and started repairing them early on. Casey’s move to Georgia was the catalyst to transition his career from Emergency Medicine to his other passion of vehicle repair. He came to JATC as an Entry-Level Technician student. Casey impressed all the instructors with his mechanical expertise and work ethic. After the Entry-Level Program, he then completed the Advanced-Level Technician Program. Casey then left to seek a career at an automotive dealership. After a short time working in the field Casey returned to Jumpstart as an Entry-Level Technician Instructor. His passion for learning and teaching shows in how he cares for the students that continue to come through the doors at Jumpstart. Casey lives in Douglasville, Ga with his wife. They both enjoy hiking and attending church.
