Bill Schnitzer, Board Chair

Bill is the Chairperson of the Board of Directors for Jumpstart Automotive Training Center. He has held several key positions with large corporations (Kraft Foods, ZEP Manufacturing, and Georgia Pacific) prior to acquiring Quality Fabricators® in Atlanta, GA. His ownership in this small business allows him the time to give back to the community. In addition to his work with Jumpstart, he is also a board member and volunteer at Remerge, TEDxPeachtree, and the CFO/COO of Community-Guilds –STE(A)MTRUCK – a mobile maker space disrupting education in Atlanta. Bill and his wife Rita live in Atlanta. They have two children and one grandchild. Bill is a foodie, soccer, and hockey fan, loves to bike ride, and practice yoga.

Justin Butera

Justin is currently the Business Development Manager at Redwood Materials, a company creating a closed-loop, domestic supply chain by recycling and refining lithium-ion batteries and remanufacturing anode and cathode components. Justin’s focus at Redwood is building relationships with automotive manufacturers and dealers to source end-of-life EV and Hybrid vehicles batteries to be recycled by Redwood. Prior to joining Redwood, Justin spent his career in the automotive industry with Remarketing and Mobility focused roles at Tesla, CarMax and Cox Automotive. Justin grew up around automotive and attributes his passion for cars with keeping him out of trouble as a youth. Justin and his wife Suzy live in North Metro Atlanta and enjoy spending time outdoors with their young son.

Su Lee

Su came to America when she was 8 years old and experienced her first two years of American life in the unfamiliar humidity of Lakeland, Florida, the birthplace of Publix.  Her family moved to Atlanta, Georgia in 1983 and she considers herself a proud Southerner. She graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Classical Studies and Secondary Education degree. Su taught Latin at the Fairfax County Public Schools System until she decided to stay home to be with her three beautiful children. Su now heads her family business, CBM Atlanta, Inc., a professional janitorial company that has humble roots; her parents supported Su and her siblings to go to college by cleaning office buildings at night. Su enjoys reading when she’s not binge-watching Law & Order. She also enjoys leisurely walks with her dog, Keavey.

David Young

David is a strategic and analytical leader with a passion for helping organizations solve talent challenges. At Mercedes-Benz USA, he is responsible for creating and overseeing the strategy to address the company’s Technician shortage through recruiting, developing, and retaining a skilled and diverse technical workforce across MBUSAs dealer network. David completed his Master's in I/O Psychology at the University of Georgia - focusing his research on talent attraction of underrepresented candidates.  In addition to his work at MBUSA, David serves as the Managing Director of UNITYio, a purpose-driven start-up that helps nonprofits, law enforcement agencies, and the government solve complex workforce challenges. Outside of work, David enjoys following the Atlanta Falcons, playing video games, trying new recipes, and occasionally getting lost on Wikipedia.

Eric Arnold

Eric is the Fleet Services Manager at Georgia Power. He is responsible for supporting and leading Fleet Operations’ strategy for the Georgia Power Fleet Services’ Central and Southern Regions, which includes the efficient delivery of preventive maintenance, repairs, and compliance related inspections (DOT, OSHA, ANSI, etc.) of company vehicles and equipment. Eric started his professional career as a Mechanic in the United States Navy. In 1987, Eric joined Georgia Power and has since gained a wealth of experience from a variety of different roles and business units. Eric earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Mercer University. He is a certified energy manager and auditor. Eric takes pride in developing others and serving his community. He is a former Atlanta Chapter President of the American Association of Blacks in Energy (AABE) and a former board member of the Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Contractors of Georgia. Currently, Eric serves as Board Chair of Habitat for Humanity of Georgia and is also a board member of Bloom Youth, a nonprofit that provides home support and vital necessities to foster families. He and his wife, Minnie, reside in Fayette County. In his spare time, Eric enjoys restoring muscle cars, wood working, and Atlanta Falcons football.  

Kindu Walker

Kindu is a Partner in Litchfield Cavo LLP’s Atlanta office. Litchfield Cavo is a nationwide coverage and litigation defense firm. He concentrates his practice in the areas of premises and construction liability, non-medical professional, governmental and automotive litigation. After earning his degree from Hofstra University School of Law, Kindu clerked for two judges in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. He also counsels and provides education and training to insurer clients, supervisors, managers and professional employees on topics such as litigation trends, mitigating risk and avoiding litigation. Kindu and his wife Patrice live in Smyrna, GA and enjoy spending time with and attending their kids’ tennis, volleyball, and track events. 

Ken Richards

Ken is the owner of Favorite Companies LLC, which builds and operates quick lube oil locations as a franchisee of Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change.  Favorite Companies currently operates 9 locations in metro Atlanta, and is building towards a 13-unit territory.  Prior to starting this venture, he founded and operated two companies in the human capital space, and prior to that was a partner with Deloitte Consulting, providing process transformation services.  Ken has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Villanova University and an MBA from Cornell University.  He has lived in Atlanta for 30 years with his wife Elizabeth, and two grown children, and is a member of First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta, which is how he initially learned of ATC.

Ramon Cortes

Ramon Cortes is a globally minded and servant marketing leader, experienced in establishing innovative marketing departments that develop highly engaging, efficient and impactful campaigns for some of the top fortune 100 companies. He has a proven track record in driving record-breaking revenue and empowering passionate, diverse, peak performing teams. Multi-industry (automotive, media, sports, entertainment, CPG) experience and progressively responsible experience at iconic institutions including the Atlanta Hawks, Warner Media and COX Automotive. Strategic collaborator and relationship builder known for cultivating innovative, long-term partnerships with global brands. Highly adaptable and skilled at analyzing and capitalizing on macro market landscapes and micro trends, improving business process, and mobilizing engaged, resilient, diverse teams. A passionate learner and mentor, who leverages a robust industry network. 

 Ramon currently serves as the AVP of Digital Marketing for COX Automotive Inventory Solutions and NextGear Capital.

Jason Hanlin

Jason Hanlin is the President and Co-Founder of OneBus, a highly-efficient, all-electric transit vehicle manufacturer and mobility system provider in addition to the Senior Director of Business Development at Blackcurrant, an online marketplace for buying and selling sustainable fuels including hydrogen and ammonia. He also supports clients as the Principal and Founder of Flow State Analytics, and energy and transportation consulting firm. In his prior work, Jason served as Director of Technology Development and Atlanta-based non-profit, Center for Transportation and the Environment, where he developed and managed advanced technology transportation projects focusing on energy efficiency and environmental sustainability. These roles involve the development of electric, hybrid-electric, and fuel cell vehicles and associated fueling infrastructure. Jason has also had the pleasure of serving on the leadership team that grew CTE into a sustainable, mature organization while leading a team of talented engineers to carry out its successful programs and projects. Jason began his career as a Propulsion Engineer at Delta Airlines. During his 26+ year professional career, Jason has been responsible for the initiation and execution of over $100 million in clean, advanced technology projects for private, federal, and state sponsors. Jason earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, his Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech specializing in the Design Research discipline, and more recently, Certification in Data Science and Analytics from Georgia Tech.  Jason lives in College Park, Georgia, with his wife and two teenagers and enjoys running, biking, skiing, and working with his hands around the house, including fixing his old Volkswagens.

Rohini Gupta

Rohini Gupta is an experienced leader in product and brand development, project management, and process improvement, with an Executive MBA from Emory University. She currently works at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and has previously worked with industry giants such as Delta Airlines, Verizon, and SunTrust Bank. Throughout her career, Rohini’s strategic insights have shaped innovative products and brand identities that resonate with diverse audiences. Her professional journey reflects a deep commitment to creating meaningful customer experiences, and driving growth through creativity and operational excellence. Beyond her corporate accomplishments, she is passionate about travel, exploring destinations worldwide with her 14-year-old daughter, who is her favorite travel companion. An ardent lover of literature and theater, especially the works of Shakespeare, Rohini also serves as a board member for the Atlanta Shakespeare Theater Company, where she champions the arts in her community.
